It's 1AM here but I managed to watch all 6 episodes in one go! Woohoo, go me :)

I expected a bit more from the finale but if it means no more Argent family brouhaha, then I'll take it!

... So HOT! I mean, seriously. Just a few more months to go, Jan. 25th is the premiere, IIRC. I think it's given it will flop in the cinemas, it's too quirky for the general public, R-rated and it'll air outside the "blockbuster season", but I don't care. I just need to see it - I hope our cinemas will actually show it, not like Dredd and Premium Rush *grumbles* Who would've thought that I would one day consider Hansel and Gretel smoking hot?

Also, I need The Bourne Legacy out on DVD ASAP. Hopefully, it'll come out before Xmas!

Eames just keeps staring at Arthur like he's the secret, magical, integrated public records database every investigative journalist wants — like Arthur has every answer and all the cross-references and won't charge him 5 cents a page for printing like City Hall, and it takes everything in Arthur not to throw his coffee at Eames and run.

What a wonderful fic. And it actually made me all teary-eyed. When Arthur mentioned to Mal that obviously he hadn't been a good laid if Eames didn't bother to stay in the morning, it broke my heart :(

3x... Matrix

I have such an unabashed love for this movie and for the whole trilogy. I don't care what anybody says, I just adore Neo because his character literally pushes all my buttons. He's amazing, yet such a woobie and basically everybody and their uncle is protective of him, especially Trinity - protective!girl up the wazoo! I just love sci-fi movies about a desperate group of people that's looking for a savior, their messiah, and they find him and he saves them and he's fantastic and lovable and sweet and gorgeous and charismatic and heroic... (Kinda like Leto in Children of Dune, the mini-series, not the book)

And when he's played by Keanu Reeves, all the better \o/ Because Keanu was made for the part. Nobody rocks black and shades like he and Carrie-Anne Moss! The scene in the lobby, when they come to save Morpheus, is simply rocking awesome. Just like the final fight with Agent Smith, when Neo finally GETS IT! Also, talk about Sleeping Beauty in reverse, Trinity waking Neo up with a kiss, so incredibly tender!

You know, this is one of the cases when I don't want and don't need any extras on the DVD. I just don't want to break the 4th wall. The movie is perfect, simply perfect and knowing about the hows and whys behind it would ruin it for me, I think.

Also, did you know that the part of Neo was offered to Will Smith first? And the part of Morpheus to Sean Connery? Can you imagine it? O.o Personally, I don't. As I said, Keanu Reeves IS Neo the way Lawrence Fishburn IS Morpheus. Lately, Sean Connery has been giving me strong icky feelings, don't ask me why, I just really don't like it, he makes my skin crawl. I very, VERY much prefer Lawrence Fishburn here, his Morpheus is so incredibly tender with Neo, perfect acting!
