LOL! You have to love the guy and his devotion to his craft. He's such a geek when it comes to Sherlock Holmes. It's adorable :)

You know what's awesome about Sherlock Holmes? That this character and his adventures have so many incarnations, it's like a fandom with a myriad of official AUs. And whether you like Basil Rathbone, Jeremy Brett, Christopher Lee, Robert Downey Jr., Benedict Cumberbatch or someone else playing Holmes, if you love the character, by now you must have found one that clicks for you, there's so many of them out there, after all :)

I already pre-ordered the Sherlock S2 DVDs and Amazon UK's planning to dispatch them on Jan. 22! *flails* The listed extras are: Sherlock uncovered & audio commentaries. I'm especially looking forward to the commentaries. I loved the ones that came along with S1. Lovely!

I would also like to get the S1 OST - I hope the MP3 download will be available for customers outside the UK - because I adore the music, it adds so much to the show. The S2 ending wouldn't have been nearly as heartbreaking without the incredibly sad slow piano tune - it's titled "War" on the S1 OST.

What IS it with Michael Fassbender and phallic/sex jokes? LOL! See article:

After Mortensen appeared on the "Late Show" last week and told host David Letterman that Fassbender, his "Dangerous Method" co-star, prepares for scenes by jumping repeatedly on one leg, Fassbender got his revenge. Offered the opportunity to make up his own story, Fassbender told Dave that Mortensen likes to sit naked in a corner and eat a banana before filming.

It was a good laugh, and yet another nationally televised phallic joke involving Fassbender. During Sunday night's Golden Globes, George Clooney thanked the German-Irish star for taking up his mantle of full front nude scenes in movies -- Fassbender went completely naked in "Shame" -- and complimented him on his anatomical gifts.

LOL! George Clooney is a hoot, seriously. And Michael is a trooper for not taking offense.

Also, Viggo Mortensen and Michael Fassbender seemed to have clicked wonderfully while filming A Dangerous Method. The movie might not be my cuppa but it always makes me happy to hear good things about my favorite stars... Man, I love these guys.
