Tangled

I watched Tangled last night and it was hilarious, seriously hilarious. But first thing first!



Zachary Levi can sing, peeps. Oh my, can he sing or what? Beautiful voice. I know that people fawn over Matt Bomer's voice - I kinda don't like it all that much *shrugs* - but Zachary Levi's... Wow. I had to check and re-check to convince myself it was really him singing! For some reason, that makes me want to marathon Chuck (got stuck in S3, IIRC).

And the movie! I laughed, I almost cried and it made me realize that I couldn't remember the last time I had this much fun watching an animated film!

When it comes to Charles vs. Erik, I'm a Charles/McAvoy!girl, but I can appreciate Michael Fassbender, no denying that *_*

Attack of the random drabble

Set after XMFC, unbeta'd again beta'd now.

"Erik..." Charles' voice is full of disbelief as he slumps forward in his wheelchair.

Catching him, Erik whispers, "I'm sorry." And he is, for betraying the trust Charles still has in him.

When Emma nods, confirming the drug worked, Erik pulls off his helmet, remembering...

"Millions, billions of people dying, Erik? That would drive me insane!" Charles told him once, scared and shuddering.

... And slowly slides it over Charles' head, trapping the telepath inside his own mind, shielding him from...

Erik nods, giving Emma the go-ahead, and the human world dies in a rain of fire while Charles sleeps unaware in Erik's arms.

Man, I love to write drabbles. Short and to the point!
