Sandra Bullock donates $1 million to Japan relief:

Sandra Bullock is once again showing her generosity in the face of a natural disaster. The American Red Cross has released a statement about her gift:

"The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family. This contribution is vitally important as the Red Cross works to provide critical assistance and essential relief items in this time of urgent need for so many people in Japan."

Bullock previously donated $1 million to aid in the Haiti relief after the earthquake there a year ago. We have to say, while all donations are important, it's a bit staggering that Bullock just donates so much of her own money. Organizations like "American Idol" or Charlie Sheen's tour are donating proceeds from iTunes downloads or ticket sales, but she just reaches into her pocketbook and helps out. It's wonderful to see.

And that's why I love her so much. Honestly? She must be my favorite movie actress. Gorgeous, kind and generous... Awesome.

SyFy renewed Being Human US for S2: link. I think, I'll give it a try, now that I know it won't be dropped after S1.

But after reading the latest spoilers for Being Human UK, I don't think I'll even start watching the series. I really hate twists like that.

Love and Honor: I loved the UST between Buck and Inez. His courting and her rebuffs were really playful and funny. What a great - possible - pairing!

Loved seeing A Martinez on this show. I've loved the actor since his years on Santa Barbara as Cruz Castillo.

Every scene that Vin and Chris have together fills me with glee. Loved the one where Vin brought Chris supplies and then lurked in the trees to help him with the Mexicans.

JD and Casey? Always funny. "Buy that girl a frog gigger." LOL!

Vendetta: Wow. That was really intense. And I loved the twist at the end. Tyne Daly played the obsessive mother scarily well. I loved the shoot-out at the end, playing out to the sounds of the gregorian chant and her prayers. Yikes! I mean, I did understand her reasoning - a trial, if it even came to that, wouldn't be enough, I guess - but still: yikes!

Ezra was awesome in this ep. First he went to "parley", then he sent the guys in the opposite direction and then he destroyed the armored coach.

Hurt!JD. That boy gets hurt an awful lot, let me tell you.

I also liked the scene with Vin and Buck, where Buck explained to Vin Chris' problem with his father-in-law.

You know, I really love that every episode is really... personal. So far, not one has been simply... out there, without any character development. The characters, the whole show is always moving forward, the seven becoming a real, tightly knit unit.
