( Synopsis... )Review: Average at best. It's a quick read but all the time I couldn't help thinking that I saw all of it done in other books already. The only remotely original thing was the hair color red for vampires. Other than that... Also, Sabina was, at least for me, quite an unlikable character. Her obsession with pleasing her grandmother made her insensible to anything else. The moment she killed her friend, probably the only one she had, just because her grandmother told her so and without even asking him to explain his so called crimes, it became so hard for me to connect with her that I almost didn't finish the book. And there were other tiny things that irked me too (Driving a bike in stilettos? Really?), so the end result was rather disappointing. I'm not sure if I will read another book in the series.
