Mozilla's 1-Click Weather add-on got stuck on Tuesday's forecast and nothing helped, not even re-installation. So I switched from 1-Click Weather over to Forecastfox. Not as pretty icons and detailed info but at least it acknowledges the fact that it's Thursday already! *grumbles*

Farscape on DVD!

Fast & Furious!

OMG! *bounces* Amazon UK had F&F listed to appear in September so I didn't check the US Amazon for a release date, thinking it would be the same - and it ISN'T! F&F is coming out on DVD this month! For real! July 28! And there're a one-disc version and a special two-disc version available! I'll be ordering the two-disc box set, of course! Like, eeee! \o/

Staying away, staying away!

Ah, summer is here and with it stifling heat and wanks. In the House fandom, people who don't like Cuddy and/or Lisa Edelstein are misogynists. In the J2 fandom, it's the old, old "fat vs. thin" song again. And fandom in general? People whine that authors don't warn them enough to protect their precious sensibilities. Oh yes, fungus and wanks. I really don't care which side in the above-mentioned and other wanks my flist chooses because, to be crude, opinions are like assholes, everybody has one and nobody's opinion has more merit or weight than the next person's. Agree on disagreeing and learn to live with it.

And if someone feels the need to point out how wrong I am - please, don't bother. I respect that you think differently, it's your God given right, I don't haunt your LJ trying to convince you of the error of your ways, so show me the same respect, please.

Also, defriending amnesty! If you have felt like defriending me in the past/for some time but it made you uncomfortable or whatever, here is your chance. We will part amicably with no hard feelings and wish each other good luck and good day.
