If you could choose one manga/yaoi novel to be published in English, what would it be?

I would definitely choose "Four Dragon Island" by Shindo Tatsuki and Asami Yuu. It sounds so incredibly good... But it's a yaoi novel, not a manga so when you don't know Japanese well, it's useless to buy it :(
