katikatThat was... intense O.O Remember when we all thought TW would be just a dumb, cheesy MTV show? Sheesh on a pogo stick.
Also, Dylan O'Brien. The production on Fox's The Maze Runner just started, with Dylan as the lead, Thomas. And not just that, DreamWorks wants him for Glimmer, a time traveling sci-fi thriller. They want him so bad that they pushed back the whole production to accommodate his schedule!
Deadline reports that O’Brien is in talks to lead Glimmer. DreamWorks recently pushed the start of production back until January to hopefully accommodate O’Brien’s schedule. The picture is expected to co-star Jeremy Allen White (Shameless). The found-footage time-traveling thriller follows a group of teens “take a camping trip to investigate a series of missing persons and wind up discovering a portal that takes them back in time and traps them in the 1970s. When one of them changes the past, the effects start to snowball with tragic consequences.”

Wow, what a busy schedule! And I'm so glad that he dropped teenage comedies to focus more on adventure and thriller, sci-fi. He's an amazing actor and this will give him the opportunity to show it!
Also, he's going BIG. It's actually pretty funny, Colton Haynes left TW because he wanted more opportunities. And landed a part on Arrow which is cool but not really a step-up from Teen Wolf. Dylan stayed with TW and landed the lead parts in two blockbusters. I guess acting chops matter after all.
