I'm still... not feeling it? I mean, it looks great but in a very... sterile way? Star Trek Into Darkness got my heart all thumping. Fast & Furious 6 made all giddy to see it. Man of Steel though...?

I guess because it's been done over and over and over, it just doesn't make me excited. And I see that this Jonathan Kent is just as big a jerk as Smallville's Jonathan had been. Yeah, Clark should have let a whole bus full of kids die just to keep his secret. And this is what America considers "salt of the earth" man? Really? A coward and a hypocrite? Yes, I obviously have issues with the Kents *sigh*

Also, "The world is not ready yet?" And when EXACTLY will the world be ready for anything at all? I hate that phrase. If discoveries came to light only after people were ready for them, we would be still living in caves.
