katikatDecided to try and get back into Hawaii 5-0. Yes, I'm determined to overlook things that made me roll my eyes or annoyed the heck out of me - police brutality, yo! - and focus on the good stuff. But, to be perfectly honest, the sole reason for why I bought S1 on DVD was one Chin Ho Kelly. I mean, just look at him!
I have had a weakness for Daniel Dae Kim since I saw him in Murder, She Wrote all the years back. What a pretty, pretty man. And I just love his arc, the corruption storyline. My heart breaks for him whenever his family - all of them but Kono - and other cops too shun him openly. He does desperate really well, doesn't he?
I like the bickering between Steve and Danny but I prefer Danny over Steve. Steve is too much of a Marty-Sue for my liking. And Kono is cute but way, way too skinny to be throwing guys twice as heavy as her around. Also, am I the only one who is really annoyed by Steve's sister? :-/
So, Chin *_* He does stuff to me! To see him on his bike... kicking ass and taking names... Man! What a fantastic specimen of a guy *_*
