Robocop

I got this sudden craving to watch Robocop. I don't know why. Maybe because of the remake that's being filmed right now? I mean, some films are suited for remakes - like this one - because of the progress made in CGI etc. I can't actually wait to see the new movie. Hopefully, it won't be a disaster.

Anywayz, Robocop. Peter Weller did a really great job as Murphy. The way he moved and stood... Sheesh on a pogo stick, that must've been exhausting! And just putting the costume on! This is, pretty much, the role of his life, isn't it? My favorite scene was Robocop's introduction, when he walked into the station and everybody's jaw dropped. Ha! Still love it, even all the years later.

What surprised me? That Miguel Ferrer was in it. I completely forgot! And that he looks much better now, almost 30 years later, than back then. Huh. And that the company's CEO was actually a good guy. I remembered it all wrong. Shame on me!

I liked Lewis, she kicked ass. But... the fact that she got herself caught unaware twice... *cringes* Yeah, for a cop, the girl was pretty careless!
