- Aww, I like Joan's family, I liked what her mom told her - and also what Sherlock did for her, that was sweet.
- I didn't know the thing about bone marrow and the DNA. Interesting.

- Poor Sherlock, Joan left him for another client. That was sad. He really didn't expect that, did he? :(
- Russian spies, though? Really?

- This episode was so hyped, maybe that's why I feel rather disappointed. Sure, when Sherlock stabbed Moran, I was shocked, what an unexpected twist! But Moran himself? Eh. I expected something more, not just a common thug.
- So, Sherlock now knows about Moriarty. Interesting.
- Joan stayed even though Sherlock's father refused to pay her anymore. Aww, that was so sweet. I wonder what Sherlock will do once he finds out.
And I'm all caught up. Now I'll start gathering eps again for another marathon once the season ends. Overall, I like the show and I like the friendship between Sherlock and Joan. On the other hand, it's just another procedural a la Monk or The Mentalist about a male genius with issues and his female nanny. Based on all the hype, I expected more.
