Eh. I don't know. The special effects were great and the action too but the movie still felt flat to me. Too... preachy. Maybe because I'm not American, all that stuff that Ben was spouting was a bit too much for me? I mean, there's national pride and then there's taking it way too far. But maybe that's just me.

Also, the characters. I really didn't get why Abigail made Ben move out - I mean, seriously, it was HIS house, not hers in the first place. And Riley - he had his moments, he was really brave, ready to sacrifice himself and he was also smart but... Gosh, I hate characters like him, always so eager to make impression on everybody in their vicinity and always turning out to be the village idiot that nobody appreciates. But I loved Helen Mirren as Ben's mom.

I don't know, the whole thing felt boring. Like a rehash of the previous movie. Only Nicolas Cage looked more gaunt than before. I'm glad I got the movie so cheap, to be honest.
