Why I consider Gestalt yaoish...
May. 7th, 2005 11:27 pmMy musings on the anime Gestalt. Since I saw only the two OVAs and don't know anything about the background...
a) Ohri is actually a man. Ohri's handicap wasn't the fact that she was mute but that Ohri is actually a he that was turned into a woman - the fact that the Seer saw her as him would confirm that.
b) Ohri and her brothers are actually the gods the narrator is talking about at the beginning of the story.
c) Father Messias is way too interested in bringing Olivier back :P
d) Raja and Shazan are lovers ;)
And now to the questions:
a) Why did Shazan say that he could feel the blood of a true holy man flow in Olivier's veins but he also could smell a wild beast on him?
b) Was the god-like creature that appeared in front of Olivier actually Gestalt? And why does he show such an interest in Olivier?
Questions, questions. Can somebody answer them?
