I really liked what he had to say about Elementary. He doesn't mind the idea per se, he just doesn't like the way CBS did it. When they refused to allow them to remake Sherlock for the US TV, CBS went and made a modern day Sherlock Holmes anyway, despite swearing up and down that it was all about integrity for them at first. As he says, that's a pretty remarkable behavior.
I love to watch him talk about Sherlock. He's such a fanboy of Sherlock Holmes but he's not blind to Doyle's faults, he doesn't pretend that some of the stories don't make much sense when you think of it, and I admire that. I also love how much he enjoys torturing his fans, watching them suffer while he rubs his hands and cackles in the corner. It's incredibly funny.
I also loved this quote, when they asked him when S3 would air:
Sherlock Holmes is off battling captain Kirk and Doctor Watson is helping Gandalf and I'm in the Tardis, so...
Or when they asked him about the impact S2 had on people, eps. The Reichenbach Fall:
The last twenty minutes, this is gonna physically kill people! It's harmful television!
LOL!
