katikatI literally cried my eyes out watching it. This hasn't happened to me while watching a procedural since... I don't know when. OMG, that was amazing, the way they drove Callen to the point where he broke...
I didn't actually believe that he would do it, that he would actually shoot The Chameleon. Stuff like that simply doesn't happen in the US TV. It was such a shock. I wonder how they will get him out of this. And how it'll change him...
I started sniffling during the scene where Callen and Hetty talked about Hunter and the orphanage thing etc. It was heartbreaking. And then when Callen shot The Chameleon, it was the last straw for Hetty because Callen is like a son for her... I started crying and couldn't stop. Talk about heartbreak.
I wonder how this will influence Callen's relationship with Sam. I mean, Sam will understand why Callen did it but... Will he blame him?
The last scene was amazingly shot. The colors, the sharpness, the whole cinematography... And the script, the way Callen was pushed and pushed and PUSHED until he broke. There wasn't a false note there, nothing OOC.
Amazing. Seriously. They managed to top the previous 2 season finales with this one, definitely. Well played, Mr. Brennan, well played...
