First pictures of James McAvoy in his new movie Welcome to the Punch popped up:

The first official picture and...

... Something the director posted in his Twitter!
Official synopsis:
According to this article - link - the movie will be artificially blue tinted and Ridley Scott had a hand in its editing. I really hope it's a success! I think this is the movie I'm looking forward to most out of all James' projects..
Also, according to this article - link - James was cast as Anthony Perkins in Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho alongside Scarlett Johansson (Janet Leigh), Anthony Hopkins (Hitchcock) and Helen Mirren (Hitchcock's wife Alma). Interesting. It looks like he's trying to diversify - after two action flicks (Welcome to the Punch, Trance), he's doing more artsy stuff (Filth, Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho).
I also wonder if the Wanted sequel is still on. Would love to see it...

Official synopsis:
Ex-criminal Jacob Sternwood (Mark Strong) is forced to return to London from his Icelandic hideaway when his son is involved in a heist gone wrong. This gives detective Max Lewinsky (McAvoy) one last chance to catch the man he’s always been after. As they face off, they start to uncover a deeper conspiracy they both need to solve in order to survive.
