katikatEh, this episode didn't really do it for me. Actually, it bored me to tears and left a bad aftertaste in my mouth.
-- The kids had too much screen time and their antics and craziness wasn't interesting or intriguing, not even remotely. I FFWD'd through most of it.
-- That vulgar prostitute slash murderer's purpose was what exactly besides giving this episode a vulgar, base tone?
-- And then there was the thing with Kreitman and the murder and Kreitman's brain dead daughter and Creegan's covering for him yet turning him in... Meh.
I have no idea what they went for in this episode. Shock value? Gritty grimness? What? The first ep was good, the second one excellent but the third one was a total waste of my time. I think I'll take a break from this series now...
