katikatOh, wow. That was... WOW! O.O
As much as I love the bromance between Peter and Neal, the ending was fantastic! I loved the way Neal kept insisting that he didn't do it, that he didn't lie - and then Peter said he didn't believe him and something snapped in Neal. That was amazing. The way his expression went from from imploring/confused to furious. The way he said "Then prove it!" Wow, the way it was filmed, the music...
And then the message at Neal's studio, the warehouse... That was quite shocking! I think it was Neal's father who stole the goods, that it's his way to make up to Neal that he hadn't been there for Neal while he was growing up.
And the scene at the hatch, when Neal said "In case it doesn't work out..." and Peter's "Yeah, me too." EEEEE!
I don't think that Neal will tell Peter that he has the goods now, not after Peter told Neal that he didn't believe him. If he came to Peter now, Peter would take it as an admission of guilt. I think that Neal will try to find out who did it on his own, to prove his innocence. It's unfortunate that it'll break his relationship with Peter, that it'll reverse it completely... If Peter had just BELIEVED Neal, I think Neal would've returned the goods to him. But now he won't because he's stubborn as a mule. I wonder if Neal will tell Mozzie...
I didn't mind Sara in this ep, but I could do without the romance angle. But I did love the scene at Peter's, Sara and El talking and Peter and Neal talking...
And now we have to wait till June - according to Jeff Eastin - but I think, the show won't be back till July, just like last year. OMG, I CAN'T WAIT!
