Psych 505-507

katikatI decided to finally catch up on Psych since new eps start on Nov. 10th!
505, : Kinda boring. And awkward, yet again. I loved all the references to Fast&Furious and Point Break - love both movies! - and Shawn saying loud and clear that he would never abandon Gus, even if Gus betrayed him, that was pretty cool. But the rest? Meh.
506, : I liked the guest stars and Shawn and Gus seeing themselves in those guys, 20 years from now. I also liked that Shawn was the one who seriously motivated them, that he wasn't joking for once. I like it when they give Shawn these serious moments, when he has to set his over the top humor aside.
507, Interesting episode and Shawn wasn't just a clown for once, he was really smart, figuring stuff out, bringing it to other people's attention without his usual embarrassing "psychic episodes", actually asking for help, what he should do. On the other hand, his rash behavior caused the convicts to take the whole boat hostage, so...
Out of those three, I liked 507 best. Three eps down, two still to go!
