I'll be repeating myself but: "Almost Like Being in Love" by Steve Kluger. Travis Puckett is the squishy of this book. He gets college football players to READ! Everyone he meets and influences somehow, falls in love! He decides to find Craig - twenty years after they broke up! - because he's convinced they are meant to be together! And not even Craig's current boyfriend can disagree with that, because Travis is just that awesome! This book is simply the chicken soup for the soul!

AGREE! Whenever I'm down, this is the book I read. I mean, I'm only average about history class and I'm not interested in sports at all, but I would take every single one of Travis' classes if I could. It's just amazing and such a feel-good read. And it's definitely because of Travis.

I'm so glad you're pimping this book out so much. I give it as Xmas presents as much as I can because it is just that awesome. My cousin, who's an aspiring actress and loves musicals, thinks it's one of the awesomest books ever. (You know, because it is.)
