As SpoilerTV posted:

'Lost Girl' follows supernatural seductress 'Bo' (Anna Silk), a 'Succubus' who feeds on the sexual energy of mortals. Growing up with human parents, Bo had no reason to believe she was anything other than the girl next door – until she drained her boyfriend to death in their first sexual encounter. Now she has hit the road alone and afraid. She discovers she is one of the Fae, creatures of legend and folklore, who pass as humans while feeding off them in secret, as they have for millennia. Relieved yet horrified to find out that she is not alone, Bo decides to take the middle path between the humans and the Fae while embarking on a personal mission to unlock the secrets of her origin.

"Bo's succubus nature tangles her in a sexy, romantic love-triangle with 'Dyson' (Kris Holden-Reid), a shape-shifting homicide detective, and 'Lauren' (Zoie Palmer), a human doctor who has found a way through science to help give Bo the sexual self-control she's been aching for. Navigating this complicated life with Bo is her human confidante and street-smart survivor, 'Kenzi' (Ksenia Solo)."

It has been picked up for 13 episodes.

Might be interesting. Might be a flop. Worth trying?

Don't know, it's a Canadian show. So, probably CTV? The one that aired The Listener?

For me, it does sound interesting but if I watch or not, that will depend on what approach they take to the show: paranormal romance or urban fantasy. If the former, not for me.

You know where my brain is when I read this and go, "Okay, the premise doesn't suck, but seriously? Another Kens(z)i? Can't they come up with a more original original name?"

:p

If it hits American airwaves, I may give it a chance.

You're right. What's up with the Kensi/Kenzi name these days?

I'm interested. I don't think I've seen the Fae dealt with on TV. Is it American or will I be downloading it from somewhere?

If the CW picks up Betwixt, then you'll have more fae than you could count, since that one's all about fae - unfortunately, set in high school, which is kinda off-putting for me :(

And this one's a Canadian show, it'll probably air on the same channel as The Listener? Who knows. But definitely Canadian. So probably download will be in order :P

I've heard The Listener got a second season in Canada. I still need to find a way to download it.

Ah, the CW and its fascination with high school.:) Since I like YA, I don't mind.:)
