Iron Man 2

katikatMan, that was AWESOME!
Better than the first movie, definitely. Amazing special effects, almost no slow places, very funny... Everything you might want from an action movie!
But then, I'm a sucker for h/c and Tony dealing with his own dying... Loved that. RDJ is a fantastic actor and I'm glad that he got his crap together and moved on from his drug addiction - I hope, for his sake, that he stays clean. He can do so many wonderful things yet!
I liked Don Cheadle as Rhodey much better than Terrence Howard. I don't know if it's Cheadle's acting, but I actually believed that his Rhodey was Tony's best friend. Howard's Rhodey... Nya nya.
Pepper Potts was amazing, just like always. What a strong and still likable woman. See, writers? It's possible to make a woman strong without making her a bitch. Natasha/Natalie kicked major ass, let me tell you!
And Mickey Rourke was quite the badass!
So, the next movie in the series is Avengers, right? And it's directed by Joss Whedon? Eh, not really sure about that. I've never been a fan of his in general. Sure, he did some great things - like Buffy or Firefly - but I don't think everything he touches turns into gold *shrugs*.
