Okay, any comic book addicts on my flist? Who's your favorite superhero? What's your favorite comic? And your favorite slash pairing? Call me a geek ;)

My favourite comic book, if you can call it that, is Lucifer. :) I liked Sandman, but Lucifer completely blew me away. Strangely enough, I have no slash ships there - aside perhaps from a slight helping of Lucifer/Michael. Slight.

When i was younger, i was dying to read Spiderman and a Marvel comics with a wolfman which was awesome.
I didn't have any slash pairing back then ,lol

i love comics, Lucifer rocks, Rex Mundi, I go through phases with Witchblade but my heart belongs to Nightwing/Batman (which DC solved te dilemma of by making Nightwing batman)

and the slash pairing, either Dick/tim or dick/garth, but Garth's too much of a gentleman to share unfortunately.

I wouldn't call myself an addict, but I do like comics. I've never gotten into super hero comics, but I adore Modesty Blaise and Tove Jansson's Moomin comic strip (http://www.drawnandquarterly.com/moomin/index.php?id=01&) and I really like Don Rosa and Carl Barks' Donald Duck comics.

I don't actually have a comic slash pairing though. Huh.

Huge comic book nerd, hence the sudden delurking to comment here :D

I have to admit, and this is always a little embarrassing, but Cyclops of the Xmen has long been my favourite superhero.
When it comes to slash pairings, I don't have many, the big one had to be Wiccan/Hulkling from the Young Avengers line because, OMG it's actually canon. The only other one I kind of ship is Superboy(Conner)/Robin(Tim) :P

I've never read Sandman. Would you believe that I have no idea what it's about? O.o And yeah, Michael/Lucifer in general is a pretty slashy pairing, isn't it?

I always preferred Batman rather than Spiderman, I don't even know why. Maybe because Batman felt... spookier? X)

Oooh, I just got my hands on a ton of Nightwing comic books. Batman and his world fascinates me...

I loved Cyclops! I watched the animated series and he was my hero. Even in the movies, I loved him best!

I also loved the animated Batman series, that was quite spooky! O.O Though I hated the one where Bruce Wayne was really old and there was a new Batman? What was it called? Batman Beyond? Well, something like that. That one I hated :(

Until now, I haven't been reading comic books. But after listening to one Smallville podfic that had Kon/Tim as best friends/possible pre-slash, it really raised my interest.

I got my hands on Gotham Central - all 40 issues - and a ton of Nightwing comic books! I'm really curious now :)

I believe. I didn't either, I just knew it had something to do with gods (which is only partly accurate). It is very trippy. Lucifer though, which is a spin-off of Sandman, is all kinds of fantastic. Mostly because Gaiman's Lucifer is the epitome of a Magnificent Bastard.

Volume six presents some very suggestive hints for Duma and Lucifer.

yeah, tim is also in the teen titans and very protective of superboy
then Kon gets a costume with the word Boy on his ass which just makes it complicated

tim is very like bruce, quiet, thinking and introspective
but Kon is the genetic mix (created in a lab) of superman and lex luthor
which is the perfect excuse for slash if you think about it, Clex is canon clearly

Damien has potential, he's just far too young for slash at the moment
