He said that besides the usual - the trust between Peter and Neal - the show will be dealing with who Neal works for now and why.

Does that mean that Peter won't be Neal's handler anymore? That Neal works for the OPR now and for the mysterious Big Bad who killed Kate? So, it's not about the anklet and the jail sentence anymore, but when he accepted the Mentor papers, he basically sold his soul to the devil and the Big Bad now has him in his hand?

Oi, Neal, you really know how to complicate your own life :P

Opr gave Neal his freedom so when he goes back he will be working for Fowler. I am guessing some how they will figure out a way to get Neal and Peter back together. But for now he is working with OPR.

I wonder what Peter will have to do to get Neal back. I don't think it'll be that easy... I foresee big, BIG problems for Neal. Oh my, I so can't wait for S2!

I am still REELING. I loved it so much. And Neal controlled by Fowler? I'm almost embarrassed at how excited I am. They kind of foreshadowed it with Frontman and Rice calling the shots for Neal, didn't they? Man, if we thought Peter was protective BEFORE... :D:D

It really was that good, wasn't it? I mean, I always expect these writers to disappoint me - like many writers in the past - but these never do! They just love Peter and Neal together! And you have to wonder, how their friendship and trust can develop even more. I mean, the point at which they are now? It's the stuff of romance! But man, can you imagine Peter's reaction if Fowler started ordering Neal around, forcing him to do stuff he didn't want to? /o\
