"Staying Out of Double Digits" by Waldo. Casey/Dan. Summary: Casey asks Danny, if he's okay and Danny's answer is "Seven." And in Casey's world, that's a good answer. Length: ~480 words.

As soon as they were far enough away to avoid being overheard, Jeremy leaned over and whispered, "What's 'seven'?"

Casey laughed. "Danny counts how many times a day I ask him if he's okay."

I just love fics with sick/hurt!Dan and protective!Casey. IMHO, there aren't enough of them!

Hehe, I rec fics that I like - that was my New Year's resolution ;) - and well-written SN fics need to be rec'ced twice as much because there are so few of them. Puh :( BTW, timotey who left you a comment over on AO3 is me. It's my Twitter nick.
