For me, it's Jason Bourne all the way. I liked the old one with Richard Chamberlain, but the new trilogy with Matt Damon simply rocks my socks! I just love to watch him kick ass! James Bond isn't bad in general, but I've really loved just the latest two with Daniel Craig, the rest is way over the top. And Jack Ryan is rather meh - but the new movie with Chris Pine could be good, if they keep it as fast paced as the latest Bond and Bourne...

I've been a Bond-girl since I was ten. My dad gave me a VHS of Golden Eye for my birthday (... you know, looking back, I really wonder about my father's gift-giving decisions) and I loved it. I've watched all the other Bonds as well, but Pierce is still my favourite. I'm not a big fan of the new Daniel Craig films, because Bond to me is *supposed* to be slightly cheesy and over the top. Plus, DC is nowhere near as hot as Pierce Brosnan was in his prime. :P

If we limited Bond to just Sean Connery and Daniel Craig, I'd have gone with him. Roger Moore turned me off to Bond for a long time.

I actually like Daniel Craig best. And Timothy Dalton before him. Brosnan was a bit meh, IMHO. I just didn't really believe that he was a real kick-ass agent. He was too... smooth :P

I love Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig. Sean Connery never did it for me, George Lazenby... erm, better not to talk about him. Roger Moore - I liked him as Bond but it was obvious that he took it as a light fun stuff/parody, he himself didn't take it seriously at all. And Pierce Brosnan... nya, I just couldn't really see him do any martial art or kick butt :P

Roger Moore turned me off to Bond for a long time.

Oh, me too! He was just too... slimey, I guess is the best way of describing it. It got better with Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan except that the stories got too far fetched in the end. I like the gritty reality that has come with Daniel Craig, and to think that I was horrified when I first heard he had got the role, but he is definitely on a par with Sean for me!

Bourne. Definitely Bourne. :) For one thing, I adore Matt Damon, for another, James Bond is kind of hard to relate to.
