SLASH --> J2, AU: "We Must Reinvent Love" by _mournthewicked, read by pennyplainknits. Summary: With high school graduation less than two weeks away, best friends Jared and Jensen find themselves scrambling to tie up a few loose ends before they’re forced into adulthood. If high school has to end, they're going out with a bang. Length: 26.500 words/2hr 30mins.
And yay, it's a series. The rest of the fics aren't in podfic form, but still. A series! \o/
So the thing is, Jensen is pretty much in love with his best friend.
And that sucks, because he’s known Jared since birth (their moms went to Lamaze together), and he’s pretty much a zero on the Kinsey scale (which is slightly questionable, when taking into consideration his flair for pink button downs, so maybe he’s a one). Point is, Jared is straight and Jensen is not. It’s unfortunate but he’s learned to deal. He just wishes Jared would stop walking around being such a hot ass, because it’s really starting to fuck with his head.
And yay, it's a series. The rest of the fics aren't in podfic form, but still. A series! \o/

Date: 2009-11-19 08:09 pm (UTC)Yes, I will keep reading CWRPS, and whatever else takes my fancy! The reason its been so quite on the podfic front is that I'm recording 2 podfics for podbang, one which is 80 000 words long (it clocks in at over 8 hours) and one of about 40 000 words (around 4 hours) so I haven't had time to record much else! The 80 000 one is in Harry Potter fandom, which is a new fandom for me, and the 40 000 one is a joint reading with

But yay! A J2 story! I think I might give the joint reading another chance in this case ;)
