Notes: Second in the "Four Seasons" drabbles.
It's snowing and the night feels strangely quiet…
Jared and Jensen, walking, their trailers only a short distance away. Their jeans are soggy, their toes almost numb and the frost's smarting their cheeks.
But they are happy, laughing like the nut jobs everyone suspects them to be, the crew's rolling their eyes. There's ice on the side-walk, hidden underneath the thin coverlet of freshly fallen snow and they are slipping and sliding, whooping and tumbling, holding on and pulling each other down.
And then they fall, one big pile of legs and arms and oversized parkas, a pile of laughter and pokes in the ribs. Breathing white clouds, their noses are red, eye-lashes frozen.
They look at each other, Jared and Jensen, and they are grinning, eyes twinkling as if sharing a secret that happiness is made off.
The snow sparkles and falls, the night's dark and private.
