The CW capped off the evening with One Tree Hill (Viewers: #5, 2.19 million, A18-49: #5, 1.0/3) and Gossip Girl (Viewers: #5, 2.07 million; A18-49: #5, 1.1/2), which continue to lag. While I understand who the core audience is, how good can the results among young females be when the overall ratings are this low? Source

Wow. Even the A18-34 demo was down - average was 1.5/4! A18-49 was 1.1/2! Last week, Supernatural had 1.2/3 A18-49 and 1.4/4 A18-34 in the final numbers! Let's hope that it doesn't mean that SPN will drop this week, too - it's facing the ~huge~ The Office ep that people've been waiting for since the beginning of the show, after all!

According to Variety (http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118009609.html?categoryId=14&cs=1), the A18-34 average for last night was only 1.4 (Gossip Girl had a 1.6, One Tree Hill only a 1.2). That is a really significant drop from last week - last week in finals they averaged a 1.8 (Gossip Girl: 1.9, One Tree Hill: 1.6).

Even still though, Mondays are easily the CW's number two night. Tuesdays are what they're probably crying into their Cheerios over.

I hope that this week's SPN won't drop even more *crosses fingers* That would be bad, to drop four weeks in a row X'(
