I did a very, very bad thing. I read a spoilery article about the rest of House's S4. I so shouldn't have done that. I think that my head will go ka-boom! Just the title of the last episode of this season makes me jittery. I mean, all I care about on this show is House and Wilson and their friendship. I can re-watch their scenes over and over and over again! *flails* Though from the article, I sense dark things brewing...

Said article: House creator speaks

I'm not sure if I'll keep watching Moonlight. It's not a bad show but... I'm not in it for Mick and his lovely lady. I watch it for Joseph! And after the first couple of eps, they used him very sparsely. And without him, I find the show rather boring :(

Joseph definitely appears more after episode 7 or something... I jut never really bought Mick as a vampire. Mick as a detective is okay, Mick as a vampire is kinda bleh for me. Beth is boring. Joseph is definitely the best part.

*tells self*
reading spoilers is bad.
But now you being jittery about the title makes me jittery. I hope nothing bad happens. *flail*

Josef is the best thing about the show. I can oogle Mick, but I love Josef. I've heard that he's becoming a bigger and bigger part of the show now that they've realized what they have with Jason Dohring in that role (ie, Magic).

“I’m going to say something your readers aren’t going to like, but as someone running a television show, you have to be very careful – people think they want something and they do want something, but it’s not what they need, shall we say, and it’s not what the show needs,” Shore said later in the interview.

I respect Shore in a way that I'll NEVER respect the people who make Prison Break. Letting the fans of any show dictate what happens in it can only lead to trouble, IMO.

I got stuck on 1x08. And in the last two eps there was no Joseph at all - I think X( And it's really too bad. I just love him! He really is the best part of the show!

I really hope so too! *crosses fingers* I mean, their bickering is the best part of the show. They just rock! *flails* Did you read the article?

I've heard that he's becoming a bigger and bigger part of the show...

Really? That would be the only thing that could make me continue watching the show. It isn't bad per se. But there are many more shows that are definitely more entertaining *nods* Though Joseph IS awesome *flails*

I think that the creators of a show should listen to the fans, to a certain point. Not in the major twists and plotlines, that definitely not, but when there is a thing that's making 90% of the fandom angry, than they really should listen.

A similar situation occured in the Supernatural fandom. They introduced a female character that made most of the fans really angry, episodes with her had lower ratings, people wrote about how they tune out whenever she's on screen etc. The resistance was so strong that Kripke, the creator, had to promise to do something about her. But then, she was made a regular only because TPTB pressured him to introduce another female character and the writers themselves didn't know what to do with her and it showed :(

So yeah, major plotlines? Definitely not. But secondary characters and subplots, why not.

It is, very much so. Though it's really funny how even the reporter is a fan of Wilson XD

My problem with Prison Break is that they listened to the female fans (since most of the male fans didn't seem to care) who wanted romance back in the show. And not just any romance. They wanted the dead character brought back to life. I've forgiven PB for a lot of stupid stuff, but hitting the reset button is beyond what I can take.

Ironically, the character that the other half of the audience wanted back couldn't come back because his actor is in another successful show. I guess it's lucky for the ladies that Sarah's actress was home with her baby and not involved in anything else.

The worst part for me is that now all the Michael/Sarah shippers in the forums I follow are acting like smug bastards.

Yeah, there's something similar - though on a smaller scale - going on in the SPN fandom. There are some fangirls whining that there should be more girls on the show. I mean, duh. If they like girls so much, why did they even start watching a show that's basically about two guys on the road and their car?

I just really don't get why some fans feel the need to change the core of the show itself. Like PB - it should be an action/drama show, not a Lifetime romance X(

It's what I've heard, I'm not sure how true it is. I hope he gets to be involved in a lot more episodes, in a bigger way! I know(with 80% certainty) they're trying to work him in more! We'll have to see!

Oh but I love House and everything and everyone in it! Well, except Volger and Tritter. God, I hate those two like poison. But the rest I love, the episodes ( some of them had moved me to tears ), the songs and of course, the House/Wilson dynamics. I was estatic when Laurie got his Golden Globe :)

We've finished S3 and there's no word yet for S4. I can't wait!

They do, they do, don't they? And, I mean, the title of the very last ep of this season? *bites fingernails*

All I really care about is House and Wilson and their friendship. The rest of the crew is, well, not bad, they are interesting characters but I really don't care that much about them. I sometimes ffwd to the "good" scene with House and Wilson :)

Me too, hun, it will finish that show off for me if something happens to their friendship ;_;!

I'm not in it for Mick and his lovely lady. I watch it for Joseph!

I love Joseph too, and I'm sad that he's not in it more because the UST between Mick and Beth is going to get old for me and I'd like to learn more of Mick and Joesph's relationship over all these years ^_^!

Hehe, you should watch House, ep 4x13, it's hilarious!

Also, I just don't see the UST between Mick and Beth. When Mick and Joseph are in the room together, sparks fly. Beth is... I don't know. I just don't feel it X)

As you know, it was Mick/Beth that got me hooked me on this show but I think it all peaked too early because as the series progresses I don't feel the same way about them and I'm looking for the subtext once more, which is definitely Mick/Joseph. Might have a look for some fic featuring them...
