Still re-reading "Not Homophobic" by out_there. Actually, it's always open in one of the tabs in my browser. Why? Because of gems like this one:

Casey was furious. He'd spent the rest of the show slowly fuming, and by the time the end credits had rolled, he'd stewed in his own juices long enough to become a very cranky casserole.

I mean, whenever I feel down, I just read a short passage from the fic and it puts a smile on my face again :)

It is a fantastic fic. I remember when Annie was writing it, every so often she'd post a new update and all that would do would leave us all hanging for more because it is just that good!

I don't really have a list, although if you look through the Sports Night memories on < lj comm=crack_van"> much of what I would recommend is there. Alas some of the links have died, but fortunately the the Wayback Machine at the Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org/) is very good at retrieving old web pages.

Sports Night was a short lived comedy show - only two seasons long :( - but I think you might like it. The whole series is up on YouTube. If you want to give it a try, here is episode 1 part 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKaO-hsb3vM). My favorite character is Dan, the show's woobie ;) I watched ep 1, fell in love and bought the whole 10th anniversary set. It's so cool!
