katikatI'm translating Patricia Briggs' "Moon Called" at the moment, and I just love this quote: I have a degree in history, which is one of the reasons I'm an auto mechanic.
That's so... ME! But I would say: "I have a degree in history, which is one of the reasons I'm a translator." University pummeled my love for history right out of my hide, thank you very much. Since receiving my degree, I haven't been able to even look at anything history-related! *shudders*
