According to this blog, this was Paul Walker's answer when they asked about the sequel to Fast and Furious:
Let's hope it's true. And that the movie will have both Walker and Diesel in it. And that the friendship between Dom and Brian will remain the centerpiece again, the love interests just a side dish...
"It's beyond rumors at this point. I've spoken with executives at Universal and they're pretty serious about it. They're developing it. They know where they want it to take place. They want to do it in Europe."
Let's hope it's true. And that the movie will have both Walker and Diesel in it. And that the friendship between Dom and Brian will remain the centerpiece again, the love interests just a side dish...

But then I thought they could possibly do a city-country-hopping race thing, easy to do on the continent, with the added plus of a different culture and scene for every stop.
But I'd prefer Brazil too, better weather, more exotic, definitely with a more dangerous feeling there too.
