Dreamwidth

I see people mentioning Dreamwidth a lot, the new type LJ that's being created at the moment. I just wanted to say that I don't plan to move over there. I've been a member of the LJ family for six years now and I'm content here. I don't pretend that LJ doesn't have its issues and problems but as long as it keeps on going, I will stay. I like my routine. I haven't changed my nickname since I joined the fandom in 2000 and I feel at home here. DW with its overly complicated friending procedure is way... complicated for me - to friend someone and give/not give them access to your LJ, to have friends you trust and don't trust... Err. Either I trust my friends or I de-friend them.

I don't know if you, my dear flist members, will be packing your bags and moving over there or not, I just wanted to state that I'm staying here, period *hugs*

It's too much of a bother to move house, and I don't really like changes, so unless I *really* have to move, I'm here to stay.

Exactly. I know how LJ works, how to use it, how to code it... I like it here and I'm staying here.
