The UK series Being Human was picked up for a second season! I have yet to watch it - I saw only the original pilot, not the new series - but I think it's nonetheless good news! :)

They changed the cast, the vampire and the ghost girl. Six episodes are out, that means the whole first season. I've only the first episode downloaded, so far. I will see if I like the new cast and then maybe buy it on DVD when it comes out - if it's not too expensive, that is...
