* SGA's The Shrine was nominated for the Nebula Award! I don't think that there's a chance in a Hell for it to win, not with The Dark Knight and Wall-E as its competitors, but it's still cool :)

* Katie Cassidy was cast in the CW's remake of Melrose Place. Nah, I still won't be watching it. I grew out of my soap opera shoes.

* Steven R. McQueen was cast as the lead in Vampire Diaries, the CW's adaptation of the young-adult novel series. I may give that one a chance. Hm...
