What I wish to see in Supernatural...

This is just me speculating, no spoilers whatsoever.


* for Dean to be a fallen angel, an angel reborn - which would be the reason why Castiel and Uriel were told to follow his orders implicitly;
* for Sam to get so addicted to his powers that he would see no reason and they would be like really awesome and flashy, not just telekinesis;
* for Dean's blood to be the "cure" for Sam's demonic "disease" - come on, wouldn't you like to see a sort of vampiric Sam sucking blood out of Dean? ;P
* for Dean to get some powers out of his allegiance to the angels so that he would be Sam's equal...

So, what would you like to see happen in the next 8 episodes?

Interesting.

I've never wanted Dean to have any powers. So much of who and what he is has always been founded on the fact that he isn't special, that he's just an ordinary man living in extraordinary circumstances. I'd hate for that to change.

I'm imagining that the next 8 episodes are going to be quite the downward spiral culminating in a multi-party standoff come the end of the season. I mean, you've got Lilith & co as one faction, Sam & Ruby as another, the angels as a third, and Dean out there on his own. I predict a massive brother-brother confrontation, with Sam wanting to do something that seems unconscionable to defeat Lilith and Dean not wanting him to do it because of what it would do to Sam - double pressure on Dean because the angels also don't want Sam to do this, so he has to stop Sam while not letting the angels stop him.

What I'd like to see is some degree of reconciliation before the end of the season. So maybe this massive showdown should be the first half of a two-parter with the second part focusing on fallout. I really want the season to end on a moment of grace, even if Sam has set something terrible in motion, so that he and Dean are at least back on terms, even if they now face something worse than ever.

I've got an idea, though, that there will be a devastating cliffhanger. Maybe Ruby will suddenly show her true colours, maybe even somehow claim complete control over Sam, so that Sam seems completely lost and Dean is left in despair because this seems even worse than his brother being dead.

And then there has to be a season five. We need healing now.

I would love for Dean to get some powers exactly because he has always been "normal". He always considered powers something bad. So what would he do if he suddenly became a psychic himself?

But I also hope that Sam and Dean will find back together before the season is over. I don't want them split like last year. Especially since we aren't sure if the show will or won't come back...

For them to be away from each other for at least one episode. They need some time apart only to find out that they can'tbe apart. Something like Scarecrow maybe.

I would love for Sam to be searching for Dean for an ep. I mean, Dean did that a couple of times in the past but never saw Sam in the same situation...

Yes! I want to see Dean leaving Sam for a change even if only for a short while. He almost did, in Metamorphosis, and I wonder what made him change his mind. Maybe he really didn't mean to actually leave then.

Castiel fall for Dean. Literally. Chose following Dean over following his "orders" from above.

That would be awesome. Though I think that Castiel is already headed that way. As Uriel said, Castiel has a soft spot for Dean. And Misha Collins did say that if the show comes back for S5, Kripke would make him a regular on the show so we would see much more of him...

I would love to see Dean with wings. But pure, shining, blinding white ones. Hints of that, no real feathers or something, just angelic pure...

In a strange masochistic way, I want the brothers' relationship to hit absolute rock bottom, but only if we get a superb making up scene that doesn't involve lame excuses *rolls eyes*. I also wouldn't mind Castiel falling because of Dean ^_^!

I think that Castiel will choose Dean over his mission in the end. I mean, Uriel did say that Castiel had a soft spot for Dean, after all... :P
