Caught up on Merlin!
Dec. 25th, 2008 10:12 pmThere are shows that I watch mostly for the eye-candy - and then there are shows that I watch for the actual story lines. And Merlin belongs to the latter ones. With this show, you can be sure that it'll always have something interesting to tell you. The locations and the amazing music are just a bonus!
112, To Kill The King: I can't believe that they actually went there, in both cases: That they killed Guen's father and that they let Morgana plan Uther's death O.O That rather shocked me. Main heroines usually don't lose their loved ones or plan murder on shows like this! Awesome!
113, Le Morte d'Arthur: Poor Morgana, nobody believed her! No wonder that some seers go crazy. I loved Merlin's goodbye to Arthur; it was so touching and painful at the same time, he had such a gentle voice and Arthur knew that something was going on but he would never ask. And Uther's pain, Anthony Head played it so incredibly well (and I love his voice, it's so deep!) But boy, did Merlin piss the dragon off or what? O.O
I'm thinking of buying vol. 1 of this show from Amazon.co.uk. They now have it for 11.98 pounds only! Decisions, decisions! *bites fingernails*
