You know, I haven't enjoyed a real fantasy series this much since... Xena, I guess. Merlin is... just really good!

* Arthur and Merlin were quite smitten with Lancelot, weren't they?
* The very first scene proved it - Merlin is this series' damsel in distress! Saved by a noble wannabe knight while picking... mushrooms! XD
* Arthur and Merlin really are close, aren't they? Arthur is really indulgent whenever it's about something Merlin needs or does, hehe.
* Was Lancelot sleeping in Merlin's room? *winkwinknudgenudge*
* And he knows! Lancelot knows that Merlin is a magician! Ha!

I'm quite happy with this series! It's my feel!good, slashy show *vbg*

Hey, I finally managed to get my hands on Minami Ozaki's "Zetsuai 1-5". I ordered parts 2 and 3 from Amazon.de (vols. 1, 4 and 5 were totally sold out) and the rest via CarlsenManga (vols. 2 and 3 were sold out there)! That manga is a yaoi classic!

It is great fun, isn't it? I love that they have gone for a totally fantasy settling, so I don't have to feel uncomfortable with any kind of faux-history!

Lancelot really was set up as Mr Perfect. LOL And no doubt he will be back! Even though the plots remain as predictable as ever, I feel like they are beginning to explore the characters and situations a little more now - Lancelot knowing Merlin's secret feels like a big step forward.

I don't know the legends about Arthur and Merlin so I can watch the show completely undisturbed by its historical inaccuracies :) And so far, I like it a lot. When I think that I almost gave up on the show after the first ep... O.O

I would want it to be Arthur or Merlin because they are fast becoming my OTP and although I wouldn't mind Lancelot getting in on the action, I don't want him splitting them up in any way *g*!
