I've given up on reading other fan-like reviews. SPN is not a show about sexism, racism, or violence against women.

Hello! Even Sam and Dean have DIED horrid violent deaths. And excuse me-- if you were two hot guys killing demons for a living and almost dying every day--sex is really the only reward and I doubt many women complain.

But besides that..its a show! About two guys killing evil things...why can't people realize this?

Worse, because there is no semblance of balance in the post. I mean, I raised the same possibility myself in my episode recap, but I also proposed other possibilities, all of which are equally likely, based on the evidence available. This person has just leapt to the worst possible conclusion and then taken great delight in couching it in the most negative terms possible, presumably just for the sake of stirring up discord in the fandom.

Well, I do think they're teasing the audience with possible Sam/Ruby "did they or didn't they" and I don't think they'll go there. But if they did, it would either be rape or necrophilia, depending on if Ruby is possessing a living host or a corpse. It's not her body to give away.

To be honest, I could care less. I'm happy to see that Sam is not the old goody-two-shoes he used to be in S1. From what I understand, it's not as simple with Ruby's new suit - I heard that it'll be explained in future eps though I don't know since I'm staying spoilerfree. I'm just mighty miffed that all fans do is complain these days. When it's not one thing, it's another and they keep blowing it way out of proportion.

It would be a sign of darkness, totally - considering he himself was once possessed especially - and the Meg scene gave me hope the show is gonna adress it. I'm a bit spoiled as to how so I'll see how they play it out.

My hope for the Ruby character is, was and forever will be that she is playing them or is at least out for herself. But heck, if they do the demon with a heart of gold, I'll just close my eyes and think of England. That too shall pass.

I decided that I really didn't care if they slept together or not. It might make Sam seem darker and with that I'm quite happy. I like him better when he's "grey" and not a knight in shining white armor.
