Mal/Simon and some Ronon pondering

After watching ep 1x02 of Firefly, I have to say, my favorite slashy pairing would be Mal/Simon. Whenever they are on screen together, sparks fly. You know, the scene where Simon was sewing up Mal in the infirmary? When they looked each other in the eyes... See me swooning.

Are there any Firefly fans on my flist who could rec me any good Mal/Simon fics? Are there even any Mal/Simon fics at all? *anxious*

And Ronon. Folks, call me shallow but I want to see Ronon carry John in his arms before the show ends! *pouts* Rodney got this special treatment twice already and John with all his owwies and ouchies not even once! *pouts some more* Please, TPTB, please, at least once *begs*

I bet that Joe Flanigan would get the heebie jeebies! He so hates emotional, huggy scenes XD But at least once, once is all I ask for. I adore protective!Ronon, there can't be never enough of that!

I know the Flan hates those type of scenes, and death bed scenes and taking his shirt off! He's no fun! I understand his wishes, but he could still do something heroic, stagger for most of the eppy THEN allow Ronon to carry him.

The Jason would tease him non-stop when they got 'home' :-P

Where did you read that? I don't recall reading that on his blog or in interviews. I'm looking forward to that eppy but dreading that no one ever finds out what happended to him..sigh

I know that I stumbled across it in his blog. Or him hinting at that. But for the life of mine, I can't find it now. I asked about it in GW forum so we will see... But I think that's why the ep after that is very Rodney centric, removed from Atlantis. Argh for my inability to find it!

I don't want to toot my own horn, but I've written some Mal/Simon. One of them was written with Majorbrat and it is a epic story that is currently stretching two books. Called Resistance. There's a whole comm for this pairing and some recs over at crackvan under Firefly.

Well my absolutely favorite Mal/Simon fics would have to be anything byEleanor K (http://www.compromisingpositions.net/emungere/firefly/firefly_index.html). Dirty Diana (http://www.compromisingpositions.net/shockingpink/firefly/index.html) has some really good ones as well.
