katikatSo, I managed to finally watch the SPN panel. And I know that many of my friends will probably consider my words sacrilegious but I found it pretty boring.
Jared and Jensen were awesome as usually of course, so hot and sweet together, matching shirts, relaxed attitude, beautiful smiles and all. But the questions and the behavior of some of the fans were awful! I mean, come on. The music? The car? Favorite episodes? Is that all the fans can come up with when they are lucky enough to ask them something? And the girls yelling at Jared and Jensen how much they loved them? That sounded like twelve-year-olds seeing their favorite boy band for the first time *rolls eyes* And that one creep asking for Jensen's card? Stalker material anyone? *shudders* No wonder SPN fans are considered nutty in the head. And what's up with everybody calling the J2 hot like love-struck teenagers? Oh, and lets not forget the fans demanding that Jensen should sing - everybody and their uncle know how uncomfortable things like that make Jensen, for pete's sake!
Oh, and this has nothing to do with the fans and their questions, but the whole Ghostfacers thing? Why? I have to say that I'm not a fan of them - Ghostfacers and Red Sky... are, IMHO, the worst eps of S3. And now they plan a web spin-off for Ghostfacers? I'm glad for their fans - I know that many friends on my flist love them - but I find them rather lame *shrugs*
So yeah, after watching the SGA panel, the SPN one was a disappointment - thank the gods that Jared and Jensen can save even the worst disaster!
Though there were some - and I have to accentuate the word some - interesting questions. Like if there will be any popular guest stars showing up in S4 - that spoiler made me quite happy :) The question about a western type episode and the J2's answer to that - poor Jensen walking right into the whole "two cowboys riding" thing! The question about Bela, when Kripke tried to explain what went wrong with her character. And I especially loved the one about what the relationship between the brothers will be like in S4, if it'll be same old, same old, if the bond will still be there. That one was so fascinating, especially the J2's answer to that.
So yeah, some good questions, most of them rather lame though. But the boys looked exceptionally well this time. I loved their easy smiles and Jared's hair! It was great to see them on stage together again :)
