EXACTLY. I am perfectly prepared to shell out cash to buy SPN or anything to do with it, except that I have no means of obtaining it. I am more than ready to buy Jason Mann's album/single, but it's not available in Australia.
It's not that I'm not respecting them, because I will honestly pay for things - I buy the box sets even after downloading all the episodes - but if they're not available to me, I can't pay.
