Hm, if the word is written like this "tělíska", then it means "corpuscles". It´s the diminutive to "tělesa" - which means "bodies" (as in "foreign bodies" or "figures" in geometry, not the dead ones lying around :D).
I hope it´s the word you are looking for. The problem with Czech is that we have a different way to write words: like the loooooooong "í" or the small hook over some letters like "e" and this often doesn´t appear in the English spelling.
