Mumbling something, Daniel slept on.

"Wakey wakey, sleeping beauty," Jack said, poking Daniel.

Daniel's head shot up, eyes popping wide. He looked wildly around his office. "I wasn't sleeping. I was just resting my eyes," he protested.

Jack chuckled. "Sure you were," he agreed indulgently. "But still, let me drive you home."

"No, there’s no need. I'm perfectly fine…"

Looking at the empty coffee cups, Jack frowned. "When did you get here?"

Daniel paused, trying hard to remember.

"That's it, you're going home. Now!"

"But…"

Grabbing Daniel's arm, Jack frog-marched him out of the office. "Shush!"

"But…"

"I said…!"
