Ficlet: Like a Sun - RPF
Aug. 21st, 2007 10:05 amTitle: Like a Sun
Fandom: RPF (real people fic)
Disclaimer: Never happened and never will.
Words: 200
Notes: Okay, me? Nervous here. This is my first attempt at writing real people fiction, so be gentle ;P
Jared has always been of the huggy bear sort and he knows it. Hugging people at random has always been like a hobby of his. But now, now it’s different. There’s this constant urge, this itch that demands that he wraps his arms around that one person, engulfs him in a hug and never lets go.
And that one person is Jensen Ackles.
At first, Jared thought that there was something seriously wrong with him, you know, being heterosexual and stuff, but then he noticed other people doing the same thing – always touching Jensen, hugging him or patting him on the shoulder at the very least.
And so he figured out that it must be something about Jensen that makes people want to touch him, feel him and just smile. Because whenever Jensen enters a room, all squabbles stop, all the frowning brows smooth out and the atmosphere is immediately lighter and brighter, as if the sun itself entered the room.
Jared has no idea what it is about Jensen that works on people in this way. His friendly presence? His honest smile? His freckles?
Jared doesn’t know and he doesn’t care a bit. He simply goes with the flow and hugs.
The End
