Me being pissed results in me writing angry emails. This is the email that I sent to MediaMax:

This is the second time I'm writing you asking this question. My previous email went unanswered.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO UPLOAD ANYTHING TO MY ACCOUNT?!

I haven't been able to upload anything at all since July 3rd. None of the files that I had uploaded, appeared in my account. I know that processing can take some time, but 14 days is too much. I have a paid account. But I can't use it because it doesn't work!

When will you make it work? And I hope that you'll reimburse us for this lack of service.

I usually try to restrain myself but their unreliability is getting quickly old. If this was a free service, I would let it slide but I paid big bucks for this account.

ETA: Do I drag it with me everywhere or what? I tried to sign up for goodreads and received: An unexpected error occured. We are working on a solution, please check back soon! I mean, this is ridiculous!

I sent a similar letter to them last Friday. I've heard nothing from them. I'm so pissed off I could scream. Here's what I told them:

Hello,

According to your blog, you've taken steps to improve our ability to upload files faster. I have yet to be able to upload anything. My uploads time out if I use the web interface, and I get an error when I use MediaMax XL. Can you please tell me when I'll be able to start uploading again? I have a huge backlog of files to upload.

You say this in the blog:

"Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience of the last few days but please realize that the end result will be a much improved user experience."

The last few days? It's been over two weeks since I could upload anything. My user experience has been crappy, and I'm getting very tired of it. If your intention is to drive away customers, you're doing a great job.

The only promise MediaMax has kept in the last two weeks is that we would have down time. I don't think that's something you should be proud of.

*applauds* I really really try to restrain myself when I'm pissed. I usually take a deep breath and return to the problem at hand after some time to react objectively. But what's enough is enough. First they screw my download and now this. It took them 5 months to set my account right. I hope that this problem won't take them just as long X(
