So, The Black Donnellys got canceled? I don't know if it's true or not but I've seen it plastered all over LJ. Well, I won't cry for that show. I watched the first ep and downloaded the next four but when I needed the space on my HDD, I simply deleted it. I don't like family sagas, even though this one was about brothers. I didn't like the premise, didn't like the characters, didn't like the actors. So, there's that.
The last family saga that I was really into was the Italian series In the Shadows of the Vesuvius (or something like that - that's the English version of the Czech title, I have no idea what the Italian title was). I was so into it! The scene in the cemetery in the last episode where the two families took each other out so only Concetta (or what was her name) survived... Wow, unforgettable!
I started reading two completely different books - a Star Wars novel and a very hot werewolf centric gay fantasy called "Shifting I". I have like seven books started and not finished. I always pick up the one that I'm in the mood to read :) Yes, I'm weird, thank you :D
