Casino Royale

I went to the cinema with the twins today and we saw Casino Royale. I have only one thing to say: wow! It was really good. I would even say the best movie in the series so far. There was action, not too much cutie-cutie stuff and did I mention the action! Holy thing, that was fast :)

And Daniel Craig is the best James Bond so far too. At least in my eyes, even though some of my friends don't agree :P I like him best of all the actors that played this part. He is not too handsome and slick. He is the sort of guy you imagine when you hear "secret agent". I actually believed that he could do all the stuff that he did in the movie. And he looks so hot in a tuxedo!

I hope they will cast him in the next movie too. Great stuff with him there!

I think he will get to do the next 2 bond movies. I've heard something about the actors having to do a 3-movie contract. How true this is? I don't know but I figured even if it is something, you may like that. I haven't seen the movie yet... but I have seen the pics and I agree with you. I think does fit the part. *hugs*

i saw it with my brother and he sat there waiting for me to say something (other than asking about the poker scenes) and when we came out he was and...?
The opinion was this - he's better than brosnan but he's not as good as dalton.
Timothy Dalton is the best bond and I'd die defending him.
(on a separate note i once met Timothy Dalton, not long after Bond, my friend's mum went out with him in school and they were still friends [they nearly married] and he just happened to be at her house one day and i did the double take and was laughing with everyone and he said "get the bond thing out of the way" really patient and i told him i genuinely thought he was the best bond and he looked a bit surprised. Sarah saw him again not too long ago at her dad's funeral and he took her for coffee (his parent's didn't live far from where i live) and he asked if i still thought he was the best bond (ten years on) and she shook her head and sighed and said, yes.)
Daniel Craig is good, but Timothy Dalton was evil.

I absolutely loved Daniel Craig in this part. I hope that he will do the next movies too, no matter what people say. He is excellent! The fight scenes are so incredibly well done :) And he has a really great body too :P

Before Daniel Craig, my favorite Bond was Timothy Dalton too. He is good-looking but not too elegant. He fit the role of a secret agent perfectly too. The others were... well, Roger Moore at least did it in the "I know it's total bullshit but lets make fun of it" way which was really amusing. Sean Connery really wasn't much of an action hero. George Lazenby - ...! And Pierce Brosnan, well, I had this urge to laugh every time he appeared on the screen.

So, for me Daniel Craig and Timothy Dalton rock! :)
